Aeronautical Engineering & Research Organisation (AERO) was established on March 2008, Registered as Charitable Trust vide Registration No. F-9150/20/10/2003 under Society Registration Act 1860 (Rule 21 of 1860 Act).
Aeronautical Engineering & Research Organisation Scholarship – Common Entrance Test (AERO-CET) is aimed at extending financial support in the form of Scholarship to meritorious students for various technical programs like Defence Technology, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Avionics and Aircraft Maintenance Engineering as well as in Short Term Courses.
AERO–CET is aimed at providing a single platform for eligibility test as well as Scholarship for all students for various Aviation Courses offered by the participating Institutes of AERO-CET 2026. We offer a great opportunity to earn scholarships.

Objectives
- To extend financial support in the form of Scholarship to meritorious students based upon their performance in the AEROCET.
- To identify and nurture the talented student & also help in pinpointing areas of strength and weakness in every Student through free Career Counseling.
- To Provide a Platform for self-assessment indicating students readiness to take up new challenges in the field of Aviation, Space and Defence Technology Education. To provide a single platform for eligibility test as well as Scholarship for all eligible students for various Courses offered by the participating Institutes.
- To Promote Aviation, Space and Defence Technology Education in India which are niche courses as compared to traditional courses available after 10+2 (Science, Commerce and Arts) and Undergraduate programs.
